LUIS MAGALLANES

Lyric light tenor born in Venezuela, educated in Camerata de Caracas, Royal Irish academy of music and International Opera Studio Zurich.
His repertoire includes works by Rossini, Donizetti and Mozart.

Luis Magallanes has already interpreted the following roles on stage: Rinaldo in Il filosofo di campagne by Galuppi in Teatro nacional in Caracas, Ferrando in Cosi Fan Tutte in Teatro Chacao and 1st Pastor in La Favola d’Orfeo in Teatro Teresa Carreño.

During his time in the international opera Studio in Opernhaus Zurich interpreted 4th Jude in Salome, Albazar in Il Turco in Italia, Un Coryphee in Le Comte Ory, Itulbo in Il Pirata and Cecco in Il Mondo della Luna.
Magallanes recently interpreted Ruodi in Guillaume Tell in Bühnen Bern.

In international competitions he made to the semifinals in The international Veronica Dunne singing competition in Ireland and Juan Pons Competition in Mallorca Spain.
